We will work with you to reach your flexibility goals in a safe and comfortable way. Learn backbends, handstands, and tumbling tricks led by Meredith Hope (@meredithhopeperforms) and her star trainers. Please bring a water bottle, waist trainer, ankle weights, and a positive attitude!
