Registration Confirmation
It is essential that we have your correct email address as we will email you an order confirmation with your tickets upon successful ticket purchase or membership registration.
No Refund Policy for Ticket Purchases & Membership Registrations
Once paid, registration fees for Rebelity Membership Programs and / or Event Tickets are non-refundable. Any terms on this page referring to the “Membership Program(s)” also applies to any Ticket purchase(s) and other digital products sold on Rebelity. If a registrant/ purchaser desires to reschedule his or her attendance at event, they should contact the event organizer as in most cases, they are transferable to another date so long as you provides at least thirty (30) days written or electronic (emailed) notice of the desire to transfer the registration. The rescheduled event must take place within one (1) year from the original event date. The unused original ticket purchase will suffice as evidence.
Cancellations/Postponement/Discontinued Memberships
The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone any event hosted on Rebelity at their sole discretion. If an event is cancelled or postponed, we will offer all purchasers a full refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any Ticket fee(s) already paid. Rebelity is not responsible for airline tickets, hotels costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow thirty (15) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.
By registering/purchasing a Rebelity Membership Program or Event Ticket, you acknowledge that once paid, the Registration/ Ticket fee(s) becomes non-refundable. Any right to a refund is not dependent on whether you choose to attend the event(s) or participate in the Membership Programs.
Tax Information
All sales are priced on the website inclusive of all applicable VAT or other taxes, where applicable.
Payment Information
Rebelity Software Co. Ltd. is a US-based business with the ability to process most bank cards in many other currencies. We presently accept credit/debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, and Diner’s Card in all currencies available on our website, as well as PayPal and American Express payments in USD only. The payment amount charged to your credit or debit card will be processed in the payment currency displayed on the checkout page. The amount you pay in your selected currency may be based on a currency exchange rate, which is set at that time of purchase. This amount may fluctuate based on changes in the exchange rate between your selected currency and USD. The Reconnection LLC is not responsible for any changes on our website after your payment, or discrepancies against rates listed by other foreign currency exchange services.
Refund/Return Policy for Products and Merchandise
Digital Tickets/Membership Registrations are always non-refundable.
All purchases, whether of a physical good, service, software or downloadable product made on-site are non-refundable. No exchanges; all sales on-site are final.
Products provided and/or sold by Rebelity’s partners, event organizers, promoters or otherwise affiliated parties are subject to the return policy of the respective other party.
Changes to this Policy
This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason; each version will apply to information collected while it was in place. We will notify you of any material changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on our Site. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
